About PTJ

PTJ Catering was founded by Tom Jones in 2016 and is based in West Yorkshire.

Tom’s career in food began at a young age, working his way up in professional kitchens while studying Sport Science. He trained under James Riley at Rileys in Hoylandswaine and alongside Pierre Tanguy at Rita Britton’s Pollyanna Boutique — experiences that shaped his approach to cooking and menu development.

Today, PTJ Catering works with businesses, venues and private clients to deliver flexible, thoughtful catering for events of all sizes.
